SHIPPING
Orders ship from South Portland, Maine within 3-4 business days. When your order has shipped, you'll receive an email notification with accompanying tracking info.
Shipping costs are based on weight; items weighing under one pound can ship via USPS Ground Advantage while items weighing over one pound ship via Priority Mail. Sometimes a certain combination of items can result in a shipping overage at checkout; if that's the case, I will be sure to refund the difference when purchasing the shipping label/fulfilling your order.
Orders shipped via USPS Ground Advantage should arrive between 2-5 business days; orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail should arrive between 1-3 business days (USA). Please allow between 2-6 weeks for international delivery.
Please note that orders (domestic or international) returned to me from being unclaimed will be subject to a re-shipping charge.
returns & exchanges
Returns & exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order; items must be sent back in the condition they were received. Domestic & international exchanges will be subject to a re-shipping charge. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
